Afrisam Global Services Limited Factory burnt down by unknown gun men

Some unknown gunmen stormed the premises of Afrisam Global Services Limited and burnt it after shooting for few seconds. The premises is said to have a paints production factory and a residential building where the Director (Mr. Friday Akogor) and his wife lives.

According to an eye witness, the said gun men whose faces were covered with a black mask drove away in a bus immediately.

It was also gathered that this occurred hours after the Director and his wife were kidnapped by the gunmen and latter rescued by local hunter.

Mr. Idowu Ajetumobi who is a business associate with the aforementioned business organization said his business associate (Mr. Friday Akogor and his wife are currently in the hospital for urgent medical attention.

This attack is coming shortly after my business associate lost his father and brother to crude oil discovery.

The community leaders also said that the factory has created lots of job for the youths in the community and now that it has been burnt the youth would be jobless again. The residents said that they have been living in fear since the attack and decries the level of insecurity in the state and the country at large.
