Gov. Dapo Abiodun is a genuine promoter of Yoruba cultural heritage – SFYY President

The President General of the Supreme Forum of Yoruba Youth (SFYY) *Com. Femi Awogboro* has commended Gov. Dapo Abiodun of Ogun state on his campaign to promote indigenous fabrics as national dress code, thus, showcasing Nigeriaā€™s cultural heritage.

SFYY President general in a release made available to news men through the forum media gives kudos to the Governor for his readiness to promote cultural fabric( adire) which is in line with the ethical conducts of the forum to promote yoruba culture and tradition.

The president further quotes the Governor “Ogun State is ready and willing to partner with all Federal Government agencies in sports and Culture to promote the fabricā€™s economy and help grow adire entrepreneurs, empower women and youths and expose the limitless cultural endowments in the state”.he then urge all other states Governors in Karo O jiire to emulate the move and awareness by the governor bring the cultural heritage back to life.
The Supreme Forum Of Yoruba Youth also call on all the indigenous Sons and Daughters of Yoruba both home and in Diaspora to join the Forum irrespectives of their state. For he we need to promote among all other cultures.
He concluded by pleading to yourba Sons and Daughters where ever they’re to embrace and welcome any members of SFYY because uplifting the grandee of yoruba culture is our watchword and aim.
