It gives me such great joy to join all in the celebration of a greater icon , Distinguish Senator Ayoade Adeseun, as he receives the title of Baba Isale Adinni of Ogbomoso, in this special turbaning ceremony.
This is an illustrious and peace making title indeed, made all the more so by the pre-eminent standing of this great Ogbomoso the ancient ‘sharpening stone’ that has for centuries played host to an intersection of tribes and religions, a political and economic powerhouse whose towering stature still commands respect on both sides of the state
In many ways, Ogbomoso is a symbol of the strength and beauty that comes from a synergy of cultures. And as such the title of Baba Isale Adinni is not only a great honour but also a great trust – one, which after wise and careful consideration, has fallen on Senator Ayo Adeseun
We are in one such moment, as clearly evidenced by the pedigree and accomplishments of Distinguish Ayo Adesun, whom I have had the privilege of knowing up close.
His track record of excellence and service , business and public spheres, are widely known. His accomplishments is overwhelming, his participation and key role as a senator , series of board chaired in the federal system of government, state level and so many other accomplishments
It is also a testament to the qualities of Distinguish Senator Ayo Adeseun, but it follows in the succession to the example of his great will to lead others to greater heights and Oyo State at large, the first from Ogbomoso He is the Chairman of the Capital Markets Committee and a member of the Solid Minerals Committee.
